How do I request a change of date for a current conformation event or request for a new conformation event?

Your club needs to write a letter to the Dogs Victoria office and submit this together with a completed Calendar Amendment Form.

This request is then sent to the Events & Calendar Committee who liaise with the conformation committee regarding the request.  

Once the Events & Calendar Committee advise the office of their decision. The club will be notified whether or not their request has been approved and the Dogs Victoria events calendar will be updated.

How do I request to hold a Member's competition?

The club writes a letter to the Dogs Victoria office together with a completed Calendar Amendment Form.

The office approves/declines the event and the club is notified of the outcome. The calendar is updated if applicable.

How do I request a change of date for a current performance event/request for a new performance event?

The club writes a letter to the Dogs Victoria office together with a completed Calendar Amendment Form.

This request is then sent to the relevant performance subcommittee (Agility, OTEC, etc.) for decision.  

The office then advises the Events & Calendar Committee and the club making the request of the decision of the performance subcommittee.   The Dogs Victoria events calendar is updated.
