What are the different membership types?
Changes to your contact details ie. Residential address or email address updates must be made in writing along with verification document (eg. Utility/Bill in your name and new address) to Dogs Victoria via email: office@dogsvictoria.org.au or by post: Dogs Victoria, Locked Bag K9, Cranbourne Vic 3977
Change of residential address require proof of new address i.e. Drivers licence. utility bills etc. It is important that we receive written notification so that we can verify the request has come direct from the member in question. This maintains our database integrity and ensures your personal information is protected and recorded correctly.

Yes. Due to council requirements we are required to note Domestic Animal Business registration numbers against a membership.
We require all signatures to be completed in acceptance of all rules & regulations of Dogs Victoria.
Our preferred payment methods are: Directly through the payment link that is emailed to you via credit card.
Alternatively direct deposit via bank transfer, credit card, cash or EFT can be made in person at our KCC Park reception.
For security reasons, we can only take payment over the phone if the application you are making payment for is in the office already.
At the 2023 Annual General Meeting, members voted in favour to move to a common renewal date of 31 March each year under VCA rule 2.15.1.
If you have a registered email address on file we will issue your membership card as a PDF attachment on email. If you don't have an email address registered with us we will continue to post a hardcopy card to your nominated address. A hardcopy card can be issued by special request.
