Swynford

Originally affiliated with the Jack Russell Terrier Club of Australia, Swynford Kennels were officially established in 1988, after many years spent developing a love for the Jack Russell Terrier. We began registering our dogs with Dogs Victoria when they recognised the breed in the early 1990s.

Our dogs have excelled in many areas over the years - show champions, obedience titles, therapy dogs and working dogs... and every one was also a loved family pet.

Although we rarely show any more due to distance and farm commitments, we still breed one or two litters a year, & puppies and older dogs are sometimes available. Occasionally puppies are available to show/breeding homes.

Our current stock trace back through up to 15 generations of homebred dogs and are all dna tested and regularly vet checked. We strive to breed dogs of correct type, that both meet the breed Standard and retain traditional terrier temperament.

We occasionally have puppies or older dogs available to loving, permanent homes. They are all vaccinated, microchipped, intestinal and heartworm treated, and registered with Dogs Victoria. Older dogs are usually desexed prior to leaving us.

We offer support, advice and care for the life of all our puppies, as we have done for the last 35 years.
